Senior Influencer Manager

We are on the hunt for a fierce and seasoned Senior Influencer Manager to join our kickass community team. As the Senior Influencer Manager, you will spearhead our influencer marketing strategies, forge unbreakable relationships with top-tier gaming influencers, and orchestrate epic collaborations that skyrocket our brand’s dominance in the gaming realm. If you’re a badass with an innate understanding of the FPS gaming scene, along with killer communication and organisational skills, then grab your weapons and join our squad!


Influencer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and target audience.
  • Develop systems and processes to attract and onboard new gaming influencers into the Playfusion ecosystem
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with gaming influencers, streamers, content creators, and key industry figures.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, contracts, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and track influencer performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to optimise influencer marketing strategies.
  • Lead other influencer managers to deliver against Playfusion targets
  • Conduct ongoing research and analysis of the gaming influencer landscape, industry trends, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for partnership and stay ahead of the curve.


Brand Advocacy and Partnership:

  • Act as a brand ambassador and advocate within the gaming community, promoting our values, products, and initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and collaborations with gaming organisations, esports teams, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Attend gaming conferences, events, and industry gatherings to network, build relationships, and represent the company.

  • A fierce passion for growing a game’s success through influencer marketing
  • Experience in building influencer management teams
  • Battle hardened in bringing a game to market using influencer marketing
  • Experience working in FPS games is a plus
