Community and Influencer Manager

Listen up! We’re on the lookout for a fiery and passionate individual to join our team as a Community and Influencer Manager. If you’re a gaming fanatic with an attitude that screams “Game on!”, and you’ve got the charm to win over influencers, then buckle up, because this is the job you’ve been waiting for! As one of the masterminds behind our gaming community, you’ll be igniting excitement, building relationships, and taking our games to the stratosphere.


Community Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our gaming community across multiple platforms (e.g., forums, social media, Discord, etc.).

  • Monitor community interactions, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Organise and host community events, tournaments, and other activities to promote interaction and collaboration among members.

  • Identify and address emerging community needs, concerns, and trends to enhance user experience and satisfaction.


Influencer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with gaming influencers, streamers, content creators, and key industry figures.

  • Attract and onboard new gaming influencers into the Playfusion ecosystem

  • Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.

  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, contracts, and promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor and track influencer performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to optimise influencer marketing strategies.


Content Creation and Promotion:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling gaming-related content (e.g., blog posts, videos, live streams, tutorials, etc.).

  • Coordinate with influencers and community members to generate user-generated content and maximise engagement.

  • Deliver against strategies to promote and distribute content across relevant platforms, including social media, gaming forums, YouTube, Twitch, etc.

  • Analyse content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.


Brand Advocacy and Partnership:

  • Act as a brand ambassador and advocate within the gaming community, promoting our values, products, and initiatives.

  • Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and collaborations with gaming organisations, esports teams, and other industry stakeholders.

  • Attend gaming conferences, events, and industry gatherings to network, build relationships, and represent the company.
